Common questions

Do tier discounts stack with my other discounts?

No, unless you turn stacking on. Shopify compares them at checkout and your customer gets whichever saves more. With stacking on, codes for the whole order (like WELCOME10) apply on top of tiers.

The picker doesn't show on my product page.

In the app, click "Add to product page" and save in the theme editor. The app home shows whether the picker is on in your live theme. Still stuck? Email us and we'll add it.

What do I pay?

Only for orders where one of your tier discounts was used. Up to 50 such orders a month is free; paid plans start at $9.99 a month for 300, with a 14-day free trial. Going over never switches your discounts off: you get until the 14th of the next month to move up, then creating and editing offers pauses until you do. See the Plan page in the app.

What happens when I uninstall?

Shopify removes the app's discounts and theme block. Nothing is left in your theme code.
